Ingredients
  

  • 4 Large bolete mushroom caps cleaned and sliced into half inch steaks
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Heat:

  • - Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.

Saute:

  • - Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • - Place bolete mushroom steaks in the skillet, making sure they are in a single layer.
  • - Cook the mushroom steaks for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are tender and golden brown.

Season:

  • - Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over the mushroom steaks during the last few minutes of cooking.
  • - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
