Ingredients
- 1 pound Oyster mushrooms cleaned and trimmed
- 3 tablespoons Butter melted
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Batter Mushrooms:
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cleaned and trimmed oyster mushrooms to the bowl and toss them until they are evenly coated with the butter mixture.
Roast:
- Spread the mushrooms out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
