Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Chanterelle mushrooms cleaned and sliced
  • 4 slices Your favorite artisanal bread
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Grated Parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions
 

**Prepare the Chanterelles:**

  • - Clean the chanterelle mushrooms and slice them into bite-sized pieces.

    This is my all time favorite chanterelle preparation! I like to throw in a little heavy cream and let it take in the mushroom flavor.
